Using common foods for your body type, you can optimize your health and well-being at multiple levels.
Food is a holistic medicine that gives you multiple benefits to the immune system, organs, glands, and nerves.

There are 3 major ways one should consume foods. One is for your body type because a one-size-fits-all for everyone does not work. We know that there is an individual difference, which has its own list of beneficial and harmful foods. Thankfully, foods for only four constitutions make it practical to diagnose yourself.
Second way is to have a balanced diet, such as low carbohydrates using whole-food plant-based style. Third way is to eat clean, such as minimizing additives, preservatives, and enhances.
The majority of your diet should come from the beneficial food list. Providing your body with the right ingredients empowers it to function optimally and maintain healthy physiology.
You don’t need to completely eliminate harmful foods — simply reducing them to about one-third of the average person’s intake is often enough. This approach allows you to still enjoy their taste and occasional nutritional benefits without overwhelming your system. For most people, strict elimination diets are unnecessary.

Reducing harmful foods is more important than simply increasing beneficial ones because the positive effects of good foods do not cancel out the damage caused by harmful ones. By minimizing harmful foods, you free your body to function more efficiently and heal more effectively.
A balanced diet should be based on whole-food, plant-based ingredients. In today’s world of reduced physical demands, a lower carbohydrate intake is more appropriate. Instead, a higher proportion of protein, healthy fats, and phytonutrients is essential to support overall health. Additionally, incorporating fermented foods daily provides beneficial probiotics, which promote better digestion and contribute to overall bodily function.

The third key to eating healthy is to eat as clean and organic as possible. This means minimizing exposure to preservatives, artificial enhancers, and food colorings.
Additives such as nitrates, nitrites, artificial dyes, monosodium glutamate (MSG), high-fructose corn syrup, artificial sweeteners, trans fats, and other chemicals place unnecessary stress on your body. They make it harder for your system to maintain normal daily functions and can interfere with long-term health.
Determine whether your body type is a (1) Warm & Dry, (2) Warm & Damp, (3) Cool & Damp, or (4) Cool & Dry.
